2023 GRCA National Specialty Triathlon Award Winner!!

Roux is my second Bart puppy. When I found out that Susan Fraser was going to be breeding her amazing bitch Gitchi to Mira's dad Bart, I knew I had to have a puppy. I had long admired all the pups from the Duster x Gris breeding and this was an opportunity to good to pass up.

Roux is a simply incredible puppy. He has been a blast to train and is extremely smart and biddable and very driven. I adore his work ethic and desire to please. Roux is also a total cuddle bug. He had some unfortunate luck when he was diagnosed with meningitis at 11 months old, but with the help of a wonderful team of vets and the support of our friends he is doing well.

We take agility classes at Power Paws and look forward to playing lots of games together. Roux started competing in agility in the fall of 2018, starting in the jumpers ring first and then standard at the end of the year. We are enjoying the adventure of training running contacts!

Roux and I have now competed at several big events like AKC Agility National, UKI West Coast Open and USDAA Cynosports! While he is always fun to watch and an honor to step to the line with, he seems to really shine at events that are scored time plus faults! Haha! Roux and I have had the honor of standing on podiums at the UKI West Coast Cup (x3!!) and the USDAA Western Regional.
